Suvai – Cookbook!

Karunai Illam Trust is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of its first cookbook Suvai - Recipes from our Illam kitchen.

This cookbook comes after months of planning and behind the scenes work by our team based in India, Australia and New Zealand. It contains exciting, easy to make vegetarian recipes of food and tastes so familiar to the children in our care. All proceeds from the sale of the book goes towards meeting the costs of providing high quality care and education for all the children at the Illam.

The book is available for pre-order sales and will be formally launched through our website from mid-June 2024. Price per copy: $35 plus postage!
